Director of Administration

Stanley A. Foreman joined Office of Executive Policy and Programs in 2012 and served as the Director for the Small Minority Business until 2016. He is presently Director of Administration in the South Carolina Department of Veterans’ Affairs. In this assignment he is involved in advocating for the state's 420,968 Stanley A. Foremanveterans in all matters that pertain to veterans.

Prior to joining OEPP, Stanley worked as a Senior Budget Analyst at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.

He advised to the growth of the firm by applying business knowledge and writing skills in the areas of Financial and Logistics. 

In 2008, he was assigned to the Army Reserve Readiness Command in Fort Jackson, South Carolina.

As the subject matter expert, he advised senior leadership in one or more areas involving supply, maintenance, transportation, services, logistics automation, and logistical training. He also developed expertise in policies and regulations applicable to assigned logistical functions.

Stanley retired from the military after severing 25 years.  He is married and has three girls and his wife is also retired military.

His education consists of a BS in Science, an MA in Education and an MBA.
