SCDVA receives visit from Navy Rear Admiral

Grimsley Navy Day VisitCOLUMBIA, S.C. - Columbia is celebrating Navy Week in honor of the U.S. Navy's 246 birthday.

Secretary Will Grimsley hosted a special visit from the U.S. Navy Rear Admiral, Jeffrey S. Scheidt, who is the Senior Military Advisor for Cyber Policy to the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy.

Admiral Scheidt also paid a visit to Navy Week activities being hosted at the South Carolina State House, where he enlisted new sailors as shown in VIDEO posted to the SCDVA YouTube channel.
