H.4533- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by enacting the "defend the guard act" by adding Section 25-1-1930, so as to provide that the South Carolina National Guard may not be released from the State into active-duty combat unless the United States Congress has taken certain actions.

H.4534- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by adding Section 12-6-1172, so as to provide for a first responder retirement income deduction; by amending Section 12-6-1140, relating to income tax deductions, so as to provide an income tax deduction for certain surviving spouses of first responders; by amending Section 12-6-1170, relating to the retirement income deduction, so as to make a conforming change; by amending Section 12-37-220, relating to property tax exemptions, so as to provide that a qualified surviving spouse also means certain surviving spouses of emergency medical technicians; and by amending Section 12-36-2510, relating to certain sales tax certificates, so as to require the Department of Revenue to issue an honor card to a qualified surviving spouse.

H.4613- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of laws by amending Section 56-5-1520, relating to general rules as to maximum speed limits, so as to provide an honorably discharged united states military Veteran must be issued a warning ticket for a first-offense speeding violation.

H. 4640- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by amending Section 25-11-40, relating to County Veterans' Affairs Officers, so as to provide that the Secretary of the South Carolina Department of Veterans' Affairs shall appoint one County Veterans' Affairs Officer for each county in the state and to provide that the General Assembly shall appropriate the necessary funds for two-full time employees in each County Veterans' Affairs Office.

H. 4715- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by amending Section 25-11-45, relating to County Veterans' Affairs Offices, so as to require the General Assembly to appropriate monies to pay the full salary and fringe benefits of the County Veterans' Affairs Officer.

H. 3934 (Similar to S.0524)- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by amending Section 6-29-1625, relating to federal defense facilities definitions, so as to add Fort Gordon to the definition of "federal military installations".

H.3502- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by amending Section 12-37-220, relating to property tax exemptions, so as to provide that certain surviving spouses are eligible for the exemption.

H.3115- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by adding Section 12-6-3810, so as to provide for an income tax credit for disabled Veterans.

H.4953- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by amending Section 25-11-80, relating to state Veterans' cemeteries, so as to remove residency requirement.

H.4983- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by adding Article 9 to Chapter 11, Title 25 by enacting the "Veterans' Bill of Rights Act" to provide certain Veterans' rights and duties of the Department of Veterans' Affairs.

H.4673- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by amending Section 56-1-50, relating to beginners' permits, hours and conditions of vehicle operation, renewal and fees, drivers' training courses, and eligibility for full licensure, so as to exempt additional persons from obtaining beginners' permits before operating motor vehicles, and to provide persons at least 18 years old may take the driving test after maintaining a beginners' permit for at least 30 days.

H.5104- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by amending Section 40-1-640, relating to consideration of education, training, and experience completed by applicants with military service, so as to include joint services transcripts among the acceptable evidence for documenting the education, training, and experience.

H.5105- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by adding Section 59-53-35, so as to provide the State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education shall adopt a policy applicable to all technical college area commissions that recognizes and awards credentials and college credit for courses and experiences completed in the military as recommended by the American Council on Education, to provide requirements for the policy and its implementation, and to provide the technical college system shall work with the South Carolina Department of Veterans' Affairs to establish guidelines to ensure the consistent review and awarding of eligible credit.

H.5245- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by amending Section 59-40-50, relating to charter school admissions, so as to provide charter schools may give enrollment preference to children of active duty military servicemembers in the state if their enrollment does not constitute more than 20-percent of the overall enrollment, and to revise existing enrollment preference provisions.

H.3116 (Similar to H.4219)- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by amending Section 12-37-610, relating to persons liable for taxes and assessments on real property, so as to provide that certain disabled Veterans of the Armed Forces of the United States are exempt from property taxes in the year in which the disability occurs.

H.4928- A bill to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by amending Section 25-21-10, relating to the establishment of Veterans' Trust Fund, so as to provide for fundraising; and by amending Section 25-21-30, relating to the duties and functions of the Veterans' Trust Fund Board of Trustees, so as to provide for the ability to fundraise.
