Thank you for your interest in serving as a Palmetto Pathfinder! Pathfinders serve as an integral part of ensuring every Veteran can access the assistance and resources they need to thrive. Pathfinders are connectors and community builders within the Veteran space.

Complete the Palmetto Pathfinder Interest Form and email the completed form to kailay.washington@scdva.sc.gov or jermaine.lyons@scdva.sc.gov

Connect

After submitting the interest form one of our team members here at the South Carolina Department of Veterans' Affairs will contact you to discuss your interest in the program and what next steps look like. 

Train

Each quarter we host a Palmetto Pathfinder Training Course in a different region of South Carolina. The training course teaches applicants about what resources are available, how to identify and connect with Veterans in your community, how to utilize the South Carolina Veteran Coalition portal, and more. 

Assist 

Once you have completed your training, you are a certified Pathfinder and can begin assisting other Veterans.
