Salute from the Shoreline is a non-profit organization aiming to create an accessible opportunity for South Carolinians to honor our armed forces. Each year they organize for a military flyover of the entire South Carolina coast on Independence Day. At 1 p.m. F-16s, a C-17, Apache helicopters will make their way down the coastline. The flyover will begin in Cherry Gove in North Myrtle Beach and in the Beaufort/Bluffton area in the Lowcountry. The fly over will take roughly 30 minutes and be followed by a series of civilian-owned vintage planes. Click HERE for more information.
