Colleen Clark joined the South Carolina Department of Veterans’ Affairs as General Counsel in December 2021. She has been serving the State of South Carolina as an attorney in various agencies since 2009 and is honored to now serve the state’s Veteran and active-duty population. 

Colleen received her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of South Carolina. She also earned a Graduate Certificate in Public Heath from the Arnold School of Public Health at USC, where she has served as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer.
