Get Connected with a Palmetto Pathfinder

Palmetto Pathfinders are trained, Veteran volunteers located throughout the state of South Carolina. They have knowledge of programs and resources available to Veterans, and can help you get connected to organizations, find community, or just serve as a familiar face after service. 

If you would like to be connected to a Pathfinder you can sign up for the South Carolina Veteran Coalition or send an email directly to the Pathfinder Manager in your region of the state.
