
COLUMBIA, SC (SCDVA) – The South Carolina Department of Veterans' Affairs (SCDVA), in partnership with the Calhoun County Veterans’ Affairs Office, Columbia VA Regional Office, and other key partners are hosting a Rural Veterans Claims Clinic in Calhoun County. The claims clinic will provide essential benefits and resource-assistance to Veterans and their families in the Midlands and parts of the Lowcountry.

- WHEN: Thursday, October 2 – Friday, October 3, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 p.m. daily
- WHERE: John Ford Community Center, 304 Agnes Street, St. Matthews, SC 29135

This clinic aims to bring vital resources directly to the rural Veteran community, ensuring easy access to claims assistance and other support services without the need to travel long distances.
