Tuition Assistance Applications

The South Carolina Department of Veterans' Affairs (SCDVA) is currently experiencing higher-than-normal application volumes, resulting in temporary processing delays for the Tuition Assistance for Certain War Veterans' Children program. Our team is dedicated to reviewing each file thoroughly and is working as quickly and efficiently as possible to process all applications received. Approval notifications will be transmitted directly to applicants as soon as determinations are finalized. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.
