Avery Ledwell is the Multimedia Coordinator for the South Carolina Department of Veterans’ Affairs. Avery started working with the department in October of 2021, after spending seven years at WLTX News 19 in Columbia.

With his experience in journalism and videography, Avery has a proven keen eye to make what seems impossible, possible. He is a graduate of Claflin University, one of the top ranked HBCU’s in the country with a degree in Mass Communication. Avery is dedicated to working hard to see his visions come to fruition.
